Ingredients
- Chicken thighs
- Tortilla wraps
- Avocado (optional)
- Cheddar cheese (optional)
For the seasoning
- Olive oil
- Paprika powder
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Black pepper
- Salt
For the sauce
- Yoghurt
- Sour cream
- Cumin powder
- Garlic powder
- Paprika powder
- Chili powder (optional)
- Mayonaisse (optional)
Cooking plan
- Mix your chicken thighs and seasoning in a bowl and rub untill thoroughly seasoned.
- Put your chicken thighs in the oven on 220 Celcius for about 25 - 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, start assembling your sauce by mixing 1 part yoghurt with 1 part sour cream and seasoning to taste with the listed spices. You may also add some mayonaisse to give it extra creaminess and fattiness.
- Once your chicken is finished cooking, assemble your tortilla by adding the sauce, chicken (cut into strips or shredded), and optional avocado and cheddar cheese.
- For extra crunch, grill your tortilla in a pan on high heat for a bit. then flip and grill the other side.
